I am an experienced AHPRA-registered psychologist with a strong background in both clinical and organisational psychology. Throughout my career, I have applied these principles to create meaningful change across various sectors, including government, corporate environments, elite sports, and public transport. With senior leadership experience in emergency services, I’ve dedicated myself to enhancing the wellbeing and performance of first responders, building resilient, high-performing teams, and helping leaders bring out the best in their people.
I am deeply passionate about workplace psychological health and safety. I focus on developing proactive strategies to prevent psychological injury and improve mental health literacy within organisations. My expertise includes psychometric assessments, wellbeing screening, and early intervention triage, particularly for high-risk and frontline workers.
As an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, accredited LSI/GSI Practitioner, EMDR-trained trauma therapist, and accredited ASIST trainer, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work, ensuring the psychological safety and wellbeing of individuals and teams across a wide range of sectors.
