I would like to offer my professional services in a compassionate, genuine and down to earth style. I enjoy working with clients in a collaborative manner, exploring their values and strengths, towards assisting with their unique concerns. I can assist clients with depression, anxiety, sleep concerns, pain management, anger management, grief, bullying, career counselling, couples counselling and sexual health concerns. I predominately work with young adult and adult clients.

I take a holistic or ‘whole person’ approach when working with clients, therefore considering biological, psychological and social factors that may be contributing to a client’s current concerns. I am a flexible practitioner and open to feedback and questions, so please feel free to contact me.

I have particular research interests in ecopsychology, psycho-oncology, the gut and brain axis and sexual health areas. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, cooking and swimming.
