I am a general psychologist currently completing my clinical registrar program to obtain my clinical endorsement. As an early career psychologist, I work part-time in both the public and private mental health sectors. My experience includes supporting children of all ages, parents, adults, and older adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, grief, emotion regulation difficulties, learning disorders, autism, and ADHD. I have a passion for conducting ADHD assessments with adults and find fulfillment in offering neurodivergent-friendly therapy.

I have gained valuable experience across diverse settings including private practice, hospitals, primary schools, and counselling services for older adults, delivering therapy both in-person and via telehealth. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and culturally sensitive, integrating techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, discover their strengths and values, and initiate meaningful changes in their lives.
