Elena Manning provides workplace consultancy, training, wellbeing workshops, management support and psychological therapy services, and has done so for over 35 years.
Elena enjoys making positive change possible in the private sector, government departments and non-government sectors in various roles encompassing senior manager, policy manager, director, national training manager, system innovation and performance, and workplace trainer.
Assisting individuals and organisations correctly identify and understand the challenges they face, develop and consider practical options and choose a pathway forward that is based on ethics and human rights is the focus of Elena’s career.
Elena understands that managers face incredible pressures and human resource challenges that require individualised approaches and a suitable work/ life balance.
Elena’s training style is positive and engaging, making training practical, participative and fun. Elena is optimistic about everyone’s ability to improve their wellbeing.
A strengths-based, trauma informed approach will be used, recognising that everyone has a wealth of life experience and skills to build upon, and adults can be empowered to exercise choices in their life.
